The boring stuff, made easier
Here's the easy part.
Every step below exists so a licensed provider has what they need to decide whether treatment is appropriate for you.
Step 01
Choose your goal
Start by choosing the category that matches what you'd like to address — metabolic health, sexual wellness, hair health, energy and wellness, or healthy aging and recovery. You aren't selecting a medication; you're selecting where to begin the conversation.
Step 02
Complete a private health intake
Answer questions about your medical history, current medications, allergies, and goals. Accuracy matters: your provider relies on what you share to make a clinical determination.
Step 03
Licensed provider review
A licensed provider reviews your submission and applies independent clinical judgment. They may request additional information or a follow-up before deciding whether treatment is appropriate.
Step 04
Receive next steps
You'll be told the outcome directly. If treatment is clinically appropriate, your provider outlines the plan and any prescription is sent to a licensed pharmacy for fulfillment. If it isn't appropriate, you'll be told that too.
Step 05
Manage your care through the Patient Portal
Existing patients use the Patient Portal to access their account, complete requested forms, review care information, and manage next steps.
Provider review required
A licensed provider will review your health information to determine whether treatment is appropriate. Prescriptions are not guaranteed.
Treatment plans are individualized. Prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate. Availability may vary based on clinical appropriateness, state requirements, and pharmacy fulfillment. This platform does not guarantee treatment or a prescription, and it is not intended for medical emergencies.
